Bidding farewell to this chapter of my life.

Dear friends,

Before we dive in, I just want to take a moment to say thank you. Truly, deeply, thank you for being here, for reading, for supporting me. Whether you’ve been around for years or just subscribed recently, I’m so grateful to have you in my corner of the internet.

If you read my last post, you know I shared something big. Something that’s completely reshaping my life right now. (Spoiler: it involves a breakup and the long-awaited BFD reveal.) Things are about to change for me in a major way, and I’ve been processing a lot. More on that in a moment!

With that in mind, I wanted to share an update on how I’ll be structuring things in this newsletter moving forward. My lighter posts, such as creativity-focused pieces, curatorial roundups, recipes, and everyday life updates, will be free for everyone to enjoy. But the more personal content (which right now includes the deeply complicated and emotional process of moving, going through a breakup, and figuring out what’s next for me) will be for paid subscribers.

Over the past few weeks, there’s been a big uptick in paid subscribers, and I cannot express how much that means to me. As I prepare for a major life change, this extra bit of income is monumentally helpful. It’s giving me some much-needed breathing room in a moment that feels completely overwhelming, and I do not take that for granted.

If you’re a new (or existing!) subscriber, please introduce yourself in the comments! Tell me a bit about who you are, what brought you here, and what you’d love to see more of in this space. Back in the heyday of my Instagram sharing, I always had a collaborative relationship with my community, and I’d love to build that out more here. I want this to feel like a lovely little pocket of the internet where we can connect.

Now, with that said, today’s post is a paid one because today, it’s personal again.
